STAGE 1 - before the qualification procedure

Making recruitment applications in the Online Application System (IRK), entering diploma grades, uploading scans of documents and paying admission fees

Przesyłanie teczek 01.06.2026 do 11.09.2026

Etap I – przegląd i ocena teczek z pracami (forma on-line):

Prace w formie skanów, zdjęć, plików graficznych należy przesyłać za pośrednictwem systemu IRK. Zakładka "Teczka prac własnych”.

Można przedstawić dobrej jakości zdjęcia dużych prac rysunkowych bądź malarskich wykonanych w oryginale w formatach (50x70 cm) i większych. 

W nazwach plików należy podać informację o technice i wymiarach oryginału, np. „rysunek_ołówek_70x100cm.jpg”.

Dopuszcza się przedstawienie przez kandydata innych przykładów twórczej aktywności takich jak szkice rysunkowe oraz malarskie, rysunki koncepcyjne, 

ilustracje, animacje, prace 3D, kolaże, projekty gier lub ich elementów oraz inne.

Akceptowane formaty plików: jpg, png, animowany gif, pdf jednostronicowy (maksymalny rozmiar do 0,5 MB/plik), pdf wielostronicowy (maksymalny rozmiar do 5 MB/plik). 

Pliki należy przesyłać wyłącznie za pośrednictwem systemu IRK.

Nie należy wysyłać plików spakowanych (zip, rar, itp.). Pliki spakowane nie będą brane pod uwagę.

Pliki wideo: mp4, mov – linki w formie pliku tekstowego do osadzonego filmu, animacji na dostępnych stronach www np. YouTube itp. 

Nie należy do systemu IRK wysyłać plików wideo.

Łączna ilość pokazanych w teczce prac nie powinna przekraczać 20. 

Poza poziomem artystycznym i warsztatowym, istotny dla komisji jest dobór zaprezentowanych prac.

Ocena: od 1 do 50 punktów

Admissions criteria

Candidates who have obtained a first-cycle, second-cycle, or long-cycle master's degree can apply for the field of study.

Stage I — Review and evaluation of portfolios:

The portfolio should contain up to 20 works of art on various topics, reflecting the candidate's previous achievements. Photographic or electronic documentation of other works can be included.

The committee evaluates the selection of works in the portfolio, which demonstrates the candidate's artistic awareness and maturity, technical skills, and creativity.

Technical requirements for submitting works online in electronic form will be provided on the field of study's recruitment website.

Evaluation: from 1 to 50 points; passing score: from 20 to 50 points.

Stage II — Qualification interview regarding the history and theory of art, cultural anthropology, and knowledge of the contemporary gaming market. The interview will be conducted online.

Evaluation: from 1 to 50 points; passing score: from 20 to 50 points.

A negative result at any stage disqualifies the candidate.

The candidate's final score constitutes the sum of points obtained from individual stages of the qualification procedure, not less than 20 points at each stage.

Admission is determined by the position on the ranking list, created based on the final result of the qualification procedure.
